Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lucky Line ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucky Line. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App under any circumstances.

Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Lucky Line is a social casino game for entertainment purposes only. Important points about virtual currency:

• No Real Money Gambling: Lucky Line does not offer real money gambling. All gameplay uses virtual currency only.
• No Cash Value: Virtual coins, gems, and other in-game tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or goods.
• No Transfers: Virtual currency cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.
• In-App Purchases: You may purchase additional virtual currency through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Balance Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify virtual currency balances to maintain game integrity and correct errors.

User Conduct

When using Lucky Line, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit game features or promotions.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual currency to others.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers.

Intellectual Property

All content in Lucky Line — including but not limited to graphics, animations, audio, text, game mechanics, character designs, and user interface elements — is the property of Bordo Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any virtual currency or progress associated with your account may be forfeited.

Disclaimers

Lucky Line is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

We are not responsible for any loss of virtual currency, game progress, or data due to technical issues, updates, or account termination. We make no representations about the suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bordo Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bordeaux, France.
